Canapés Packages & Ordering Guidelines

Our Packages

We offer two canapé packages designed to accommodate a range of event sizes and requirements:

Strawberry

Includes 4 canapés per person

Raspberry
Includes 6 canapés per person

Clients may choose one of these packages or create a bespoke selection using individual menu items.

Individual Item Pricing

All individual menu items are priced per canapé, per person.

For clarity:
If an item is listed at £2.50, this represents the cost of one canapé per guest, not £2.50 for the entire order.

When selecting individual items, please ensure quantities correspond to the number of guests attending your event or the quantity of food you wish to order.

Combining Packages with Additional Items

Clients may select a package and request additional items.
Any supplementary canapés will be charged at the individual prices displayed in the menu and will be added to the total cost of the selected package.

Dietary Requirements and Special Requests

We are committed to accommodating dietary requirements wherever possible.

Please use the “Any Other Information” section of the order form to provide details regarding:

-Allergies or dietary needs (e.g., vegetarian, vegan, halal, gluten-free)

-Event-specific considerations

-Requests for alternative dips or accompaniments

While some menu items include predefined dips, clients may request alternatives. We will make every reasonable effort to meet these preferences.

Ordering, Payment, and Cancellation Policy

-Orders must be placed no later than one week prior to the event date.

-Final payment is required five working days before the event.

Cancellations

-Cancellations made five working days or more before the event are eligible for a refund.

-For cancellations received within five working days of the event, we are unable to offer a refund. 

However, the order may be transferred to an alternative date or event.
